Pelletier & Associates, Inc. was founded in July of 2005 as a Disability Management Services company. The primary focus of the organization is to work with companies in trying to identify solutions to the problem of repetitive motion injuries in the workplace.
Diana Pelletier, President and founder of Pelletier & Associates, Inc. has worked in the field of workers’ compensation since 1986, first as a vocational rehabilitation counselor, then as a disability management consultant. In her experience, it was evident that individuals were suffering with repetitive motion injuries and companies were unaware of many simple corrective actions that could help prevent these problems. Having seen the impact of work related injuries on individuals, Diana dedicated herself to identifying ways that employers could address these issues in the workplace and effect a positive change in their workforce.
Along with ergonomic interventions and training, Pelletier & Associates, Inc. provides consultation services on A.D.A. accommodation issues, return-to-work processes and, of course, workers’ compensation services, including post injury vocational rehabilitation. By merging all of these services together and finding the right fit for our clients, we strive to provide a comprehensive solution to the issue of disability management in the workplace. Through our efforts, we ultimately have one goal: to keep people working.
Diana has over 25 years of experience in the fields of ergonomics, occupational health and wellness, disability/risk management and workers’ compensation. Since 1995 Diana has been delivering direct services to organizations throughout Southern California with a focus on developing and enhancing large scale ergonomics programs and identifying solutions to return injured employees back to work. Her extensive knowledge of California’s Ergonomic Standard, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Workers’ Compensation, OSHA guidelines, and state and federal regulations governing the industry has made her a highly valued and resourceful consultant. In 2005, Diana’s expertise allowed her to establish Pelletier & Associates, the parent organization of P3 Ergonomics, as a leader in the field of ergonomics and disability management. Along with our highly experienced staff, Diana has assisted thousands of workers to remain productive on the job.
Diana’s education includes her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Master of Science Degree in Counseling, both from the California State University, Fullerton. She holds certifications as a Certified Professional in Disability Management, Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist, and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor from the Office of Workers Compensation Programs, U.S. Department of Labor. She is also a certified trainer recognized by the American Society of Training and Development.
