Transportation organizations have been placed under a severe strain over the last few years, working to keep up with changes in federal regulations. Working on making transportation accessible to all has been a costly and time consuming endeavor; however, the needs of employees are also of high priority. Awareness of the unique demands of transportation companies and their personnel has been a recurrent theme in our work.
Creating customized programs to address the sedentary nature of coach operators, as well as the unique job tasks involved in working on buses, has posed a challenge for many transportation companies.
