Since the passing of SB 899 and the demise of the vocational rehabilitation system in California, many employers/insurers have found it increasingly difficult to find qualified vocational rehabilitation counselors. At Pelletier & Associates, we have continued actively managing vocational rehabilitation cases throughout our history, which keeps our team up-to-date on all of the services essential to this unique field. Our staff is equipped with extensive familiarity of the Vocational Rehabilitation system, with counselors who have obtained certification from the Commission on Certified Rehabilitation Counselors and the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs, U.S. Department of Labor.
